The technical team was put in place solely to advise and manage candidates on a professional basis and to provide any technical assistance and support that may be required. Saints Personnel’s existing clients have found this added value service extremely useful and something no other agency is able to offer.

Saints Personnel are well known throughout the industry for its regular nationwide recruitment/induction days. The days tailored toward the client’s specific requirements in locations close to current projects, contracts or skill sets. The aim is to create pools of suitable candidates with the correct qualifications and expertise. The technical team play a key role in this process by interviewing, vetting, technically testing and skills assessing each candidate.

The technical team is also able to offer Quality Control and Auditing service if required once a candidate has commenced work to ensure high working quality and standards are maintained by candidates supplied by Saints Personnel.
